370hr is a high performance 80 ° C glass transition temperature (TG) FR-4 system for multilayer printed circuit board (PWB) applications requiring maximum thermal performance and reliability. 370hr laminates and prepreg products are made of unique high-performance multifunctional epoxy resin and reinforced with E-glass fabric.
Compared with the traditional FR-4, the system provides improved thermal performance and low expansion rate, while maintaining the machinability of FR-4.
In most Chinese PCB fabs, except for those enterprises specialized in high frequency PCB manufacturing or few factories, only one or two orders from customers each year can obtain the inventory of these brand materials. For example: neclo, Isola, Rogers, iteq, etc. We mainly use Shengyi (s1170) to replace these brand materials in China.

They have similar DK & DF and TG, the difference is very small, you can get similar properties of these materials, and can be used without any negative impact, unless you need laminates for special projects, there is no alternative. You should note that the purchase time of pcl-370hr is 1-2 weeks, but s1170 can be put into production immediately.
Isola fr408hr high performance laminate and prepreg
Fr408hr is a proprietary high performance 230 ° C (DMA) glass transition temperature (TG) FR-4 system for multilayer printed circuit board (PWB) applications requiring maximum thermal performance and reliability. Fr408hr laminates and prepreg products are manufactured with Isola’s patented high performance multifunctional resin system and reinforced with E-glass fiber. Compared with competitive products in this field, the system improves z-axis expansion by 30% and provides 25% electrical bandwidth (lower loss). These characteristics, together with the excellent moisture resistance when refluxing, make the product close the gap in thermal and electrical.
The fr408hr system also has laser fluorescence and UV barrier functions, which can achieve maximum compatibility with automatic optical inspection (AOI) system, optical positioning system and optical imaging solder mask imaging.
